Verzo promotions apply only to restaurants that accept them. GST on commission is an input tax credit if you are GST registered, so your true cost may be lower on both sides. The payment gateway is shown at 2% on both and does not change the gap. Aggregator commission varies by city, cuisine and volume; reported rates range from about 16% to 30% per order, so use the rate on your own contract.

Verzo
Built for the kitchen, not the platform
A delivery platform should bring you customers without taking your margin.
Flat 5% commission
One rate on the order value. No slabs that climb with your order count, and no paying more to be seen.
Your menu, your prices
Customers see your in-store prices. With a smaller cut, you don't need to mark up your menu for delivery.
Every charge shown
Commission, GST, delivery contribution and gateway fees are itemised on every order.
Delivery capped at ₹25
Your share of the delivery trip never goes above ₹25 an order, whatever the distance.
Your discounts, your call
Run your own offers when you want. If Verzo plans a promotion, we ask you first, and it only applies if you accept.
Local first
Verzo launches city by city, so your restaurant reaches the neighbourhoods around it.
